This is actually based on one Criminal Law maxim:
"Actus non facit reum nisi men sit rea" which means
"An act does not make a person legally liable unless the mind is legally blameworthy"
Mens Rea means Guilty mind or the mind that is legally blameworthy. that girl is called Rea~
Actus Reus is the guilty act~ That guy is Actus~
So because there are both of them, that makes it a crime~ And they both are a psychopath couple~
