this one here I did 100% Photoshop~ From sketching to color~ and I tried other style~ The one which I always wanted to do~ The lineartless style~ (I dunno what did they call tis style~ 
) and I know this is not very good so please~ Any tips and comment is welcome~! So that I can improve~ ^^

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you've used the smudge tool to smooth out the colours. Doesn't that lag your PS a ridiculous amount? Or do you work at lower resolutions?
Anyway, even if you haven't, it looks like you did use the smudge tool and it kind of cheapens the quality of an artwork, imo. Not to say this piece looks bad, in fact I think it's pretty neat. I would still suggest you try using the Paintbrush tool with different brushes (and depending on the type of brush, at a lower opacity). Should give you a better quality.
Good effort though. =] I like it.
