tapi kena perbaiki sikit la sbb nampak serabut. the hair seem to blend with the wings too, so try tonjolkan sikit kepala by giving thicker lines. :3

This gets a little lost however in the wings, as in, you aren't recognizing where the wings fold over and recording that in shadows.
Wings are hard. His right wing is better than his left one as far as shading and value are concerned. It looks as though you payed attention to the fact that the feathers closer to the body in question would likely be smaller. But you did not do this in his right wing.
Sweeping my eyes from left to right, there is little, to no differentiation between the hair and the wings, even the eyes.
Which may have been intentional, cause of course, white wings balance with white hair.
But hair and wings have a very, very different texture. Wings, due to layering, have potential for very dark values, and hair has potential for a much wider range of values.
Your darkest dark is in the fabric of his coat. Fabric doesn't get THAT dark THAT fast. Maybe it would, but you look at the wings, and it suggests a much lighter darkest dark than the cloth would.
Work some of that graphite into the coat. And get a micron pen to run over some of the feathers or hair.
